Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or there is another issue with your purchase, you may contact us for the possibility of a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Because we do not provide physical goods in exchange for purchases on our platform, we are unable to issue any returns.
REFUNDS FOR VENDOR APPLICATIONS
All fees for Vendor Applications are non-refundable, with the exception of an application that does not receive board approval. The Jesus Jam Board reserves the right to approve or deny applications for any reason. In the case that payment has been submitted and your application has been denied, a refund will be issued back to you via your original payment method within 30 days of board denial if possible. If we are unable to process the refund through your original payment method, a refund will be sent to the provided business address in the form of a Check within 30 days of board denial.
REFUNDS FOR DONATIONS
